Thistle and Mist in North Haven

During a low tide stop for fuel and water in North Haven for MIST we noticed the vessel, THISTLE, owned by our neighbor in Pomfret. There are many of us in Vermont who have a deep connection to Maine. This dock is often quite busy as they also offer a water taxi to and from Vinalhaven which sits across the Thoroughfare. The ferry from the mainland comes in and docks against the cement blocks on the right. Meanwhile sailing instruction continues out in the Thoroughfare with children from both islands.
